As we continue through this beautiful Easter season and approach the month of June, we are reminded that the Lord walks beside us in every moment of our lives. Through joy, challenges, celebrations, and busy days, God is always with us. He is always for you. His love brings peace, strength, healing, happiness, and hope to our hearts.

Today in the Catholic Church we also honour Our Lady of Hope. We ask our Blessed Mother to continue praying for our community, our families, our students, and all those in need of health, comfort, joy, and renewal. May her gentle presence always lead us closer to Jesus Christ.

We still have prizes at the school for people that won items from the Golf Tournament and also from the Carnival. Please know that Holly King, who is organizing the prizes with the help of Italia Prieto, will be your go to person. If you know anyone that won a prize and would like to reclaim it, please let them know.

What an incredible year it has been for athletics at Saint John Paul II Academy. From championship banners to personal growth, teamwork, discipline, and school spirit, our student athletes have represented our community with excellence, joy, and tremendous heart.

We are excited to warmly invite our school community to attend the Saint John Paul II Academy Athletic Banquet on Tuesday, June 9, as we gather together to celebrate the many accomplishments of our athletes, coaches, and teams throughout this past year.

This special evening will include a festive dinner, fellowship, and an awards ceremony honouring the dedication, perseverance, leadership, and achievements of our student athletes.
